Refund Policy

For Software subscription: Given the digital nature of our products or services, we cannot issue a refund or a credit unless it is legally required.

Also, users can try our product for free and test the features before purchasing. Hence, we cannot issue a refund if, after payment, an issue of our product features or the lack of it is raised by the user.

However, we will assist if the user experiences any issues using our products or services. Please note our assistance will only be on WhatsApp / Email communication and only in nature of guidance on how to use our products or services. We cannot guide the input values that are personal to the user, and the user is required to provide them independently.

For CA Professional Plans: Once we receive your payment & details, our team will start working on your Project Report and as time passes more quantum of work is done on your Report. Hence, if in case you cancel the assignment & ask for refund, then we will deduct proportionate charges in below terms and refund the balance payment:

  1. Refund / Cancellation Requested in 3 hours (Between 10 am to 6 pm) after payment – 1/3rd value of the charges paid will be deducted & balance will be refunded
  2. Refund / Cancellation Requested after 3 hours but before 8 hours (Between 10 am to 6 pm) after payment – 1/2 value of the charges paid will be deducted & balance will be refunded
  3. Refund / Cancellation Requested after 8 hours but before 16 hours (Between 10 am to 6 pm) after payment – 2/3rd value of the charges paid will be deducted & balance will be refunded
  4. Refund / Cancellation Requested after 16 hours since payment – NO refund can be provided

For CA Certification:  Once you have provided your report to us, it will be invariably checked by CA & if, after checking, it is established that the Project & CMA Report is not fit for certification by either of the party, then we will deduct 1/3rd of the CA certification charges paid towards CA checking fees and refund the balance.
